The salad bar at work today had a roasted pumpkin with walnuts and shallots and cranberries option that I generously ladled into my regular lunch salad, and it was very, very good. Thanks for the reminder.

Also, love the phrase “squash-hole”! That’s even better than pie-hole (and more nutritious).

I was making them all happy but then at the bottom decided to yank the scissors in the other direction to see if they’d look surly. I tried to get a variety of moods into the pic, but most of them were smiling.
